The method in six stages
When you start a project with the group, a series of steps is applied so that implementation in the field can meet an optimal level of satisfaction. This page follows those steps, in order, and adds none.

The six stages in the published order

First meeting
A first conversation to present the project and see whether it belongs with the group. It is the step that naturally follows a message, a call or a visit during the published hours.
The welcome letter invites individuals, companies, legal entities and industry actors who want to invest, partner or do business in a fair and beneficial setting.

Project study
The project is studied before the work continues. This step sits between the first meeting and the specifications.
The site does not publish an analysis grid. It only says that the project is looked at before the scope of the work is written down.

Specifications
The scope of the work is set down in a specification document. The original site uses the singular form “cahier de charge”.
Nothing else is said about the contents of that document. It marks the move from study to a written frame.

Contract signature
The agreement is formalised by signing a contract. The step comes after the specifications and before implementation.
No contract template was published. The signature is simply named as the moment the agreement is formalised.

Project implementation
The project is carried out in the field. The group links this step to satisfaction during implementation.
The published sentence speaks of an optimal level of satisfaction at that moment, without giving a figure.

Launch
The project is launched once that implementation is under way. It is the last step in the published series.
Launch does not replace the earlier steps. It comes after the meeting, the study, the specifications, the contract and the work in the field.
For the first meeting
The form asks for three things. Stating them clearly is enough to open the conversation.

Your name
The field on the contact page. It is also the name a reply can be addressed to.

The address the group can answer. The message is meant for support@equalfocusentrepreneurs.com.

The project
A description in the message: what you want to do, and whether a branch of the group is already the one you have in mind.
